Our food and drinks, which celebrate the mixed-plate of flavors familiar in Hawaii, are driven by our passion for creativity and a modern interpretation of the dishes we love. Born and raised in Hawaii, Senior Chef Cuisine Brenton Lee (former Executive Chef at Tribeca Grill in NYC) has created a special menu inspired by new interpretations of the flavors of the place he calls home. Partnering with our corporate food and beverage team led by Chief Food Officer and Corporate Chef Keoni Chang, Chefs Rebekah Lagua and Nick Miguel, Corporate Mixologist, Hailey Berkey, and Corporate Pastry Chef, Brian Sung, he has developed a selection of food, beverages and desserts you won’t want to miss. Located inside Waikiki Market, ʻOlili overlooks the streets of Waikiki. 'Olili space represents our name, which means “sparkling, shimmering, shining” and is inspired by the buzzing energy of Waikiki.
